These terms govern access to The Human Experience Podcast website, public archive, community, and members library.
Using HXP
You may use the site for personal, lawful, noncommercial listening and participation. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected member content, impersonate others, or use the community to harass or harm people.
Editorial information
Podcast conversations and related materials are provided for education and general information. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Guests express their own views, which may not represent HXP.
Memberships
Paid memberships renew according to the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Access to member material depends on an active or trialing subscription. Any refund or cancellation terms displayed during checkout form part of the purchase terms.
Content and intellectual property
HXP audio, writing, artwork, branding, transcripts, and member materials are owned by or licensed to HXP and may not be republished, sold, or distributed without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting HXP the limited permission needed to display and operate it within the service.
Availability and changes
The site may change, pause, or remove features and content. HXP does not promise uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for outages or third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
